The system will replace the current ITS self-service portal and also become the new way for all students and staff to interact with their School Offices. This will enable staff and students to more quickly get the support they need, with Freshservice being the go-to platform for all your ITS and School Office needs. 

The switch to the new system will happen in two stages. The School Offices is now live, and will be followed by the ITS department at the beginning of September. User guides and announcements explaining how to access and use the new portal, along with answers to your frequently asked questions, are available on the Student Zone.
