Evision allows you to access information and complete tasks essential to your studies. You can use Evision from inside or outside the University.

Who can use Evision?

All enrolled students have access to Evision. You should use Evision to:

  • Check and update your contact details
  • Check you enrolment status, personal academic tutor and tuition fee details
  • Check your registered modules, coursework deadlines, and print your coursework coversheets
  • View your module results, end of year progress and final award

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have been suspended for financial or other reasons will not have full access to Evision. Certain information - for example, module results - will not be available to you. 

You should login to Evision using the link above using your University network login.

Your Evision username and password are the same as your University network login that you use when you log into University computers. Your login will be in the format ABC1234 and is printed on your University student identity card. Your username and password will have been included in your Letter of Admission or were otherwise issued to you at the start of your course.

If you have been suspended for non payment of fees you should allow up to 48 hours for your Evision access to be re-instated in full. You should contact your Student Hub if you still cannot access Evision after 48 hours. 

Please contact the Evision Helpdesk at evision@londonmet.ac.uk remembering to give your name, ID number and the exact nature of the problem. The Evision Email Helpdesk will reply to all messages within 3 working days.

 

Evision is available for up to 6 months after completing your course.

If you have forgotten your password you should contact the IT Helpdesk 
For all other Evision problems you should contact the Evision Helpdesk at evision@londonmet.ac.uk, remembering to give your name, ID number and the exact nature of the problem. The Evision Helpdesk team will reply to all messages within 3 working days.

 

Yes, Evision displays information via a secure server. However, you should always remember the information held on your record is confidential and includes your address and other contact details. You should never give your password to anyone else and never leave your PC unattended while logged into Evision.

Evision displays personal information about you via a secure server. However, you should still remember: 

  • the information held on Evision is confidential and includes your address and other contact details
  • when you are looking at Evision others nearby may also be able to view your details
  • never give your password to anyone
  • do not to leave your PC unattended while logged in
  • some information you access within Evision will open in a new window. Make sure when logging out of Evision you close all open windows.

If the information on your coversheet conflicts with other information you have been given please contact your module leader or Student Hub as soon as possible.

Your Evision account may need to be adjusted. Please contact the Evision Helpdesk at evision@londonmet.ac.uk, remembering to give your name, ID number and the exact nature of the problem. The Evision Email Helpdesk will reply to all messages within 3 working days.

Coursework coversheets should be available in good time for you to print from Evision. However, if your coversheet is not available you can use the button at the bottom of the coursework coversheet screen to produce your coversheet. You should also ensure that you are registered on the module by contacting your Student Hub

 

You are responsible for keeping all your personal details such as address, phone number etc up to date. If there is any information on your Evision account that is out of date and your cannot update yourself please contact your Student Hub


 

Evision is supported on all major browsers.

If you have undertaken another course at the University you may need to change the course displayed in Evision. Go to the ‘My Details’ page in Evision and select the link ‘Update Evision to display my current course’. This will display the course you currently view in Evision and list all your other courses. To switch to view another course select the course reference (your student ID number followed by a ‘/2’. ‘/3’ etc. - for example, 14032651/2) on the left-hand-side from the drop-down list.
