General IT policies
This policy applies without exception to all users of ICT facilities of London Metropolitan University.
This policy highlights important information on how you should protect your password, best practice and support.
This document serves to give non-mandatory advice on the effective use of social media and how users can better protect themselves online. It is a companion document to the University's Social Media Policy.
Staff and students are expected to be aware of and adhere to the expectations of this policy and other relevant University policies and procedures which apply in this context, particularly the Acceptable Use Policy, Information Protection (Security) Policy, Equality and Diversity Policy, Harassment Policy, Student Conduct, and Disciplinary Procedure.
During the University building closure, online IT services are still available as per normal.
