QR codes on campus
Help us improve spaces on campus
At London Metropolitan University, we're committed to creating spaces students can enjoy and thrive in.
Your feedback helps us understand what is working well in spaces around campus, and where we can make improvements.
Look out for our QR codes
You'll find a QR code displayed on the wall in every study and social space across campus.
If you have a break during your class, or on the way out once you have finished, please take a minute to tell us about your experience.
Simply scan the QR code with your phone and share your feedback. It is very quick and very easy – but helps us identify any potential issues, recognise what is working well, and continuously improve your learning environment.
Share feedback on:
- Classroom temperature
- Cleanliness
- Furniture and comfort
- Audio visual equipment
- Lighting
- Accessibility
- General classroom condition
How your feedback makes a difference
Every response is reviewed by our Estates and Facilities teams. We regularly analyse the feedback we receive to identify trends, prioritise improvements and monitor the quality of our teaching spaces.
The more students who participate, the better informed we are, allowing us to make improvements that benefit everyone.
For general feedback, not urgent issues
The QR codes in your study spaces should only be used to give general or non-urgent feedback about your classroom experience.
Any urgent requests should be reported to ask@londonmet.ac.uk, where they will be picked up as a priority.
Thank you
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. By scanning our QR codes, you are helping us create the best possible learning environment for you and your London Met community.
