The TechSmart team are based in the University libraries and are available during term time for face-to-face IT support, as well as providing IT support on chat all year round.
All of the team have studied at London Met themselves so are perfectly placed to answer your queries.

IT support (including help to reset your password) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Just click on the button below and we will help you out. If the chat button is not displayed, it means that the service is not currently available.
From 5pm to 9am, all year round, this service is provided by Norman Managed Services (University of Northumbria at Newcastle), and you can also access this level of support by calling 0207 133 4444.
