If you feel worried about the thoughts / feelings / behaviour you are experiencing, feel suicidal and worry that you can no longer keep yourself safe please seek support immediately.
- Dial 999, or ask a friend or family member to do this for you.
- If you live in Camden or Islington and need urgent mental health support phone the 24/7 crisis line on 0800 917 3333. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- If you live outside of these areas call your local Urgent Mental Health Line
- Go to your nearest accident and emergency (A&E) department
- You can also make an urgent appointment with your GP or call NHS 111

Talk Campus provides a safe place where you can talk anonymously about anything and get support for your mental health and whatever is on your mind.
