Mental Health Crisis Support

If you feel worried about the thoughts / feelings / behaviour you are experiencing, feel suicidal and worry that you can no longer keep yourself safe please seek support immediately.

• Dial 999, or ask a friend or family member to do this for you.
• If you live in Camden or Islington and need urgent mental health support phone the 24/7 crisis line on 0800 917 3333. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• If you live outside of these areas call your local Urgent Mental Health Line
• Go to your nearest accident and emergency (A&E) department
• You can also make an urgent appointment with your GP or call NHS 111

London Met has partnered with TalkCampus to provide mental health support to students at any time through the free TalkCampus app. This excellent service has been well received by many students and you may find it helpful. Talk Campus provides a safe place where you can talk anonymously about anything and get support for your mental health and whatever is on your mind.
