Once you have fully enrolled you will receive an email with your London Met email address and other details.  

You can access your mailbox from Microsoft Outlook.

To login, please enter your London Met email address in the format username@my.londonmet.ac.uk 

Your email password is the same as the password for your London Met IT account (initially set as your date of birth).

All student accounts come with 1TB of free storage.

The first time you log in you should change your password for security reasons. Register with the Fastpass self-service system and you will be able to change or reset your password online. 

Follow the prompts to set up MFA on your Microsoft365 account.  This will become mandatory for all student accounts from the end of November 2024.

London Met uses Eduroam for its wireless network, providing access to WiFi at LondonMet as well as other participating HE institutions.   

Your Eduroam username is your London Met email address and your Eduroam password is the same as the password for your London Met IT account. 

• Username format: abc0123@my.londonmet.ac.uk 
• Password: Your standard University password
