Aside from your compulsory and optional modules, you can choose to take an additional module from an exciting list of 'Extension of Knowledge' (EoK) modules.

These modules enable you to broaden your academic experience by choosing modules that sit outside your core discipline. This opportunity allows you to explore subjects that align with your other interests or will help you to develop additional skills to enhance your degree pathway and employability prospects. We want to give you every opportunity to succeed.

You can choose modules that will develop knowledge and skills in:

  • employability
  • digital literacy and computing
  • research
  • critical thinking and personal development
  • creative & media
  • society and religion
  • culture and politics
  • business and marketing
  • languages

Talk to your course leader if you would like to discuss your options.

Our EoK modules are all worth 15 credits. You can view and apply for EoK modules in the Course Catalogue.
