Our number one focus is your health and wellbeing. We want to help you move as much as possible and look after your physical and mental wellbeing during these uncertain times. To help you, we've created a whole new timetable which can be done from anywhere in your home.

Please follow our InstagramFacebook and Twitter pages as we post weekly meditation techniques, exercises and links to classes which you can do in your own time. Keep an eye on the timetable for additional or changes to classes.

Cristina will be doing her Morning Yoga Flow classes every day (Monday - Friday) from 7.30-8.30am 

Gentle stretches, movement sequences, body awareness, breathing awareness and deep relaxation using mindfulness techniques.

Pilates: Guaranteed strong abdominal and back muscles. Great for posture and stress relief.

Yoga: Suitable for everyone regardless of age and experience, this class features a variety of yoga styles and is a gentle way to improve flexibility.

Boxing/Boxfit: Learn self-defence, build strength and stamina, enhance hand-eye coordination, improve self-confidence, increase muscle tone and de-stress! No experience needed – everyone is welcome.

Body conditioning: Focusing on strength, muscular endurance and fitness conditioning, these classes will help to develop a strong and toned physique. Body conditioning classes involve a high energy, high impact workout and typically involves a combination of aerobics and toning

Cardio workout: A total body conditioning class designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles moving. Using a variety of training techniques, exercises and equipment, you`re guaranteed a great workout that will improve your cardio, strength and endurance fitness.

Dance/Zumba: Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.

Learn to salsa: Taught with patience and encouragement, you will learn the timing & rhythm of Salsa, the core basic steps & turns in Salsa.
