Student Satisfaction Surveys
It is important for us to know that we are providing the services that you need and how satisfied you are with them. We have collated your satisfaction to library-related questions in the following surveys.
The National Student Survey (NSS), the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES), the Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES), as well as the internal Welcome, Student Experience and End of Year Satisfaction Surveys, help us to understand your current and future needs, experiences and expectations; enabling us to identify service developments and improvements.
