Together with all of the University community, we are here to support you. During the University buildings closure and switch to online learning, the Student Journey Support Teams are remaining available to all of our students for information, advice and guidance. Please keep yourself updated with the most up to date information from the University regarding the Coronavirus pandemic.

We have also gathered together some useful links and information below.

The University has many services and initiatives to help you to maintain and improve your physical and mental wellbeing while you are a student at the University. We have pulled these together so that you can access the information you need at a glance.

From Monday 23 March, staff will be able to answer your questions on both the chat function on the Student Zone (found at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen) and on email

Check out the Library FAQ's. You can contact the libraries or your Academic Liaison Librarian through the following email addresses:

The Student Liasion Team will still be available to support you and make sure that nothing stands in the way of success at London Met.

The counselling service is moving online – please book your counselling appointment via the Student Zone. If you have an existing appointment, this will also move to an online service. Your counsellor will be in touch with more information about how to do this.

The DDS team will also continue to offer their service remotely. During May the team are running study skills workshops which are available to all London Metropolitan students.

Have a look at the Money FAQ's. You can also contact the team for advice.

You can continue to contact our International Student Advice team on adviceinternational@londonmet.ac.uk.

If you have a question regarding your attendance please continue to contact our Visa Compliance team on visa.compliance@londonmet.ac.uk.

If you need to speak to a member of the team, please contact us by email and we will arrange a video or telephone call with you.

The careers service will continue to hold appointments on the phone and answer questions online or via email. Please also email to make an appointment with the team. The team will also be creating some online workshops which you will be able to sign up to online. The careers portal will be running as usual and has interactive resources to help you with your career development.

All current London Met students are entitled to an Office 365 account.  The software includes Word, PowerPoint and Excel and can be downloaded on up to five devices (including compatible Macs and tablets).

Students can access their Office 365 account via the link below, using their University email address and password.  (The previous method of self-registration no longer works and the link below should be used instead.)
