PGR Student and Staff Liaison Forum

Students talking at the table

The PGR Student and Staff Liaison Forum is an essential part of the London Met research community. It serves as a platform where postgraduate research (PGR) students and staff meet four to six times a year to address challenges within the PGR community and share best practices from individual schools that can be applied across the university.

The forum plays an active role in shaping the PGR experience. Some of its key achievements include establishing dedicated PhD office spaces for each school and offering PGR students opportunities to gain the Associate Fellowship Advance HE status and gain teaching experience.

Additionally, the forum is instrumental in organising the annual Student and Staff Research Conference, which is an annual event of celebrating the research expertise at London Metropolitan University.

This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your communication skills and contribute to important decision-making. If you're interested in joining this exciting forum, please email Eirini Meimaridou or the research and postgraduate office.
