Postgraduate Research Student Induction 2025-26

We invited all February starter postgraduate research (PGR) students to attend an in-person induction session on Tuesday, 24 February 2026.

The induction took place at our Holloway campus and included a full agenda of presentations, together with a warm welcome to our new cohort of PGR students. Attendees had the opportunity to meet members of the Research and Postgraduate Office team, interact with new and current students, and network with their supervisors.

Presentations were delivered by the Head of the Graduate School, representatives from the Research and Postgraduate Office, the Graduate School, Library Services, the Students’ Union, and others.

We also produced a handy mini-guide specifically for new doctoral students, bringing together the essential information you need to begin your doctoral journey at London Met.
