Guidance for students observing Lent
Lent is a meaningful time, but balancing fasting, studies and daily life can be challenging. London Metropolitan University recognises religion and belief as a protected characteristic and is aware that fasting may have an impact upon students' preparation for coursework and revision.
London Met multi-faith prayer room
We have multi-faith rooms available for reflection, meditation and prayer at each of our campuses which are open to all students and staff during our normal building opening hours.
For more information see our multi-faith prayer room webpage.
