At London Met, you will have a dedicated School Office that will be your first port of call for any queries you may have.

Your School Office is where you can access a variety of services, advice and guidance during your time as a student with us. 

The best way to contact you School Office is either face-to-face or online, the School Office is open for face-to-face support from Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 4pm (see locations below). For online support use the Freshservice portal for quick help and guidance from the School Office team.

Did you know we have a range of Frequently Asked Questions? We have provided a range of information in response to some of your most pressing questions. Check these out to see if your question can be answered more quickly.

All full-time students can now download the following letters from eVision - Enrolment Confirmation; Council Tax Exemption; and Bank letters. Don't forget to make sure your address is up-to-date on eVision before you create your letters. To download your letters, go to the "My Details" tab and you will see the options on the page. below are some quick "how-to" videos showing how quick and easy it is to download.

If you have any issues downloading a letter then don't hesitate to contact your School Office who will be able to produce a letter for you, and part-time students, don't worry we haven't forgotten about you. We will be adding this facility for you very soon, but in the meantime just email your School Office to get any letters you require.
