School Office Support 22 to 28 August
From 22 to 28 August there may be a delayed response due to School Office department supporting progression outcomes and module registration process. During this time, SSSP School Office is open for face-to-face-support. Tickets raised through Freshservice or via email will be responded to in normal service level agreements where possible.
School Office
At London Met, you will have a dedicated School Office that will be your first port of call for any queries you may have.
Your School Office is where you can access a variety of services, advice and guidance during your time as a student with us.
The best way to contact you School Office is either face-to-face or online, the School Office is open for face-to-face support from Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 4pm (see locations below). For online support use the Freshservice portal for quick help and guidance from the School Office team.
Your School Office
Your School Office can support you with anything that might come up during your studies. We can help with:
- Enrolment, Re-enrolment and timetable questions
- Course and module questions
- Questions about student forms, such as mitigating circumstances, Taking a Break or Course Transfer forms
- Directing you to academic support at London Met, for example your Academic Mentor
- Directing you to personal support services, for example the Students' Union, Student Services or our Careers and Employability Service
- Making sure that you find the right person to speak to for your query

Download Your Student Letters
All full-time students can now download the following letters from eVision - Enrolment Confirmation; Council Tax Exemption; and Bank letters. Don't forget to make sure your address is up-to-date on eVision before you create your letters. To download your letters, go to the "My Details" tab and you will see the options on the page. below are some quick "how-to" videos showing how quick and easy it is to download.
If you have any issues downloading a letter then don't hesitate to contact your School Office who will be able to produce a letter for you, and part-time students, don't worry we haven't forgotten about you. We will be adding this facility for you very soon, but in the meantime just email your School Office to get any letters you require.
