TechSmart staff in person in both libraries Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Out of hours support using online chat on ITS portal or phone 020 7133 4444

This out of hours service is open 24/7 all year round and offers basic IT support including help re-setting your password.

This is an external service provided by Norman Managed Services (University of Northumbria at Newcastle).

We have PCs and Macs available in both Libraries. You can book in advance using MyPC.
