Postgraduate Research Student Induction 2023-24

We invited all newly enrolled Postgraduate Research (PGR) students to a face-to-face induction on Tuesday, 6 February.

Held at the Holloway campus, the induction included a full agenda of presentations and a warm welcome to our new cohort of PGR students. Attendees had the opportunity to meet Research and Postgraduate Office team members, interact with new and current students, and network with their supervisors.

Throughout the day, attendees benefited from informative presentations from the Head of the Graduate School, Research and Postgraduate Office representatives, the Graduate School, Library Services, the Students' Union and others. For those unable to attend in person, recordings of the day's proceedings are available via the 'Doctoral Studies' on Weblearn.

We have also produced a handy mini-guide specifically for new doctoral students. This guide brings together the essential information you need to start your doctoral journey at London Met.
